Vxbox.com respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting it.

will be collected and processed. This policy outlines the privacy measures practiced

•Vxbox.com is the sole holder of the information collected on this site. We will
not sell, rent or share any information collected on our site. We can use customer
contact information for marketing purposes such as sending out newsletters,
new website features, and special features.
•Vxbox.com does not collect any information
from its searchers other than the standard information contained in the log
files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet
service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp,
and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement
in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
•Vxbox.com
may also collect aggregate information on how our users are utilizing the site.
This might include information regarding traffic patterns through the site and
search queries.
•We use a feature of your browser called a cookie to assign identification
to your computer. The unique user ID contained within your cookie automatically
identifies your computer — but not you — to our servers every time you visit
our site. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any
user but may be correlated with identity information in our log files.
•Because
Vxbox.com is a searchable directory, it contains links to other web sites. Please
be aware that Vxbox.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of other
sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read
the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable
information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected
by Vxbox.com.
• We take our standards seriously and won't ignore them if someone
flashes some cash. We do, however, offer featured advertising opportunities
called Hot Sites for those sites that already have a listing. Hot Sites are
those that stand out as the best within a category or sites that have paid a
premium to have their site highlighted. There is no way to currently tell whether
a hot site is a paid listing or a listing that we've personally selected. As
with the rest of the directory, Hot Sites are constantly reviewed and updated.
•Vxbox.com currently does not have a method for completely
deleting user information from our database. However, deleting the cookie stored
on your computer will cause you to be perceived as a new user with no known
user data.
•This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to
the Web site. We will post our new privacy policy, along with the date of its
last revision, prominently so that you will always know what information we
gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to
anyone. Please check this Web page for information about revisions to our privacy
